a. You should not take any combination of erectile dysfunction medications on the same day
b. You should only take the higher strength treatments (sildenafil/Viagra 100mg, tadalafil/Cialis 20mg, vardenafil/Levitra 20mg or Spedra 200mg) if you have used the intermediate strengths before on at least 4 occasions without any side effects.
c. You should avoid taking grapefruit juice or alcohol whilst using any erectile dysfunction treatment

How do you use a 500mg pessary?

The pessary should be inserted into the vagina, as high as possible, using the applicator provided. Adults: One 500mg pessary should be inserted at night. Using the applicator provided, the pessary should be inserted as high as possible into the vagina.


Canesten Thrush Pessary Ingredients: Clotrimazole 500mg
Canesten Thrush Pessary Dosage: 
16-60 years: 1 pessary inserted into vagina, preferably at night. Under 16 and over 60 years: not recommended except on medical advice. Medical advice should be sought if this is the first time the patient has experienced symptoms of candidal vaginitis.
