b. You should only take the higher strength treatments (sildenafil/Viagra 100mg, tadalafil/Cialis 20mg, vardenafil/Levitra 20mg or Spedra 200mg) if you have used the intermediate strengths before on at least 4 occasions without any side effects.
c. You should avoid taking grapefruit juice or alcohol whilst using any erectile dysfunction treatment

How to use:
After using L’Oreal Elvive Dream Lengths Long Hair Shampoo, work a generous amount through the lengths all the way to the tips, then rinse.

How to use:
Apply onto wet hair after using Extraordinary Oil Shampoo, focusing on the lengths and ends. For even more nourishment apply Extraordinary Oil on damp hair before drying and again when styling.
In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately.
