b. You should only take the higher strength treatments (sildenafil/Viagra 100mg, tadalafil/Cialis 20mg, vardenafil/Levitra 20mg or Spedra 200mg) if you have used the intermediate strengths before on at least 4 occasions without any side effects.
c. You should avoid taking grapefruit juice or alcohol whilst using any erectile dysfunction treatment

Ingredients
Chicory Flower, Essence 20ml: Grape alcohol (approx. 27%v/v), flower extract of Chicory.

Directions
Take an individual essence based on how youre feeling or create a combination of up to seven essences using a mixing bottle. Single essence use: place 2 drops directly onto your tongue or add 2 drops to water and sip regularly. Multiple essence use: Add 2 drops of each essence (max 7 essences) to mixing bottle. Take 4 drops a minimum of 4 times a day.
